Internal Job Posting/Transfer Program Overview
The Acosta Internal Job Posting/Transfer Program is designed to define
procedures whereby associates can apply for open career opportunities.
Participation will provide associates with opportunities for career development
and advancement, and will provide hiring managers with qualified internal
applicants.
Details:
Eligibility: All regular full-time, part-time associates with Acosta or any
wholly or partially owned subsidiary of Acosta are eligible to apply for job
postings. Full-time and part-time associates must be employed by Acosta or its
subsidiaries and in their current position for at least six months. Performance
Criteria: Associates must be in good standing (no written warnings within last
12 months) and received a performance rating of 2.0 or higher on the last
Performance Management Review.
Procedures:
Positions are posted for a minimum of three business days internally. Associate
must apply via the internal career board and answer the internal application
questions to be considered for the position.
