Retail Services

Retail Services is Acosta’s world-class process and technology to get products on and off the shelf quickly and profitably. Everything we do is guided by the merchandising, assortment, pricing and shelving (MAPS) process. If you've visited a supermarket or similar retail outlet recently, chances are you've run into an Acosta representative. In fact, you might have thought that representative was a store employee because we're in stores so often.

Within Retail Services, we have two primary functions / opportunities:

ASAP Merchandiser, Retail Services . Our Sets and Projects (ASAP) division provides the management and manpower manufacturers need to execute special projects or surge work in any class of trade or store front in the United States. ASAP executes retail projects for manufacturers outside the scope of Acosta’s normal retail coverage program.

Retail Coverage Merchandisers. They maintain the distribution and display of the products, develop relationships with key store decision makers, and support the sales coverage within the assigned region. As part-timers, they select the hours that suit their schedule. Whether you are a student, stay-at-home mom, retiree, or just looking for a flexible and fun opportunity, Acosta offers you the freedom to choose.

Promo Depot/ MatchPoint Marketing

Promo Depot/MatchPoint Marketing leverages Acosta's experience with retailers to deliver insights most full-service agencies can't even touch. They specialize in bringing the consumer, the brand and the retailer together while never losing sight of the ultimate goal: turning shoppers into buyers. They market promotional products and marketing services to both internal and external customers.

Acosta and C. Lloyd Johnson: Premier military retail strategists

Our recently acquired military channel, C. Lloyd Johnson (CLJ), the leader in military channel field execution for 62 years, and the largest vendor to every major North American off-base retailer/wholesaler, allows Acosta to take inside-the-gate retail to new levels. Powered by the combined shopper insights and execution powers of CLJ and Acosta, military retail will be able to better align with shopper demand and improve store conditions and service levels. Our unrelenting focus on results covers: Commissaries, Exchanges, Ships, Stores, Veteran’s Canteens, and Correctional Institutions.
