  • Acosta is seeking to attract the best and most driven to participate in our Leadership Development program (LDP).  Our program grants you relevant experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry from the beginning to the end. Our Leadership Development Program prepares high potential candidates for career paths in Headquarter Sales.

    This one-year, paid program exposes participants to a variety of hands-on experience in our three core service areas: Retail, Business Intelligence, and Sales. Coupled with executive mentorship, advanced industry exposure, and virtual and classroom training, our Leadership Development Program associates gain a broad view of the organization, while developing essential leadership skills.

    At Acosta, we developed a mentorship program in conjunction with our comprehensive leadership development program. Our mentors help develop, nurture and empower our talented associates to ensure success. This process adds value, creativity and innovation. Each mentor is a part of the Acosta management team and serves as a coach which assists the Leadership Development associates through each step.
